About the Founder and CEO
Gloria Temmah A. Gambrah is a native of Kronom in the Ashanti Region and mother of three children. Currently, she is the Special Assistant (Political) to the Ashanti Regional Minister. She is also the former Municipal Chief Executive for Oforikrom Municipal Assembly from August 2018 to September 2021.
Before her appointment, she was working with Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi. She worked as an Administrator in various Departments such as Department of Nursing, Quality Assurance and Planning Unit, Faculty of Law, Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology among others.
Gloria has experience in coordinating and managing several Departments. She has also spearheaded the development of several policies including a corporate strategic plan.
Additionally, she has vast practical experience in day-to-day administrative duties and she has served as Secretary on various Committees, Departments and Faculty Boards in the University.
Gloria was the Chairperson for some committees; such as Municipal Security Committee, Municipal Education Oversight Committee, Municipal Health Committee among others. She was also a Co-opted Member of the Ashanti Regional Security Council. With regard to conferences/meetings, Gloria has participated and presented at both local and international levels.
With regard to services to Unions and Associations, Gloria was the first female elected Ashanti Regional Chairperson of Teachers and Educational Workers’ Union (TEWU) from 2014 to 2018. She was a Member of the National Executive Council of TEWU as well as a Board Member of the TEWU Fund. She was also a Member of the KNUST Provident Fund Management Committee. Her hard work and contribution to national development has won her Awards at the regional and national levels.
Gloria holds an M.A. (Administration in Higher Education) from University of Cape Coast (UCC), B.Sc. (Human Resource Management) from University of Education, Winneba and Diploma in Management Studies from UCC.
